Wrong Date & Time
Problems with your device’s date and time settings
For security reasons, your device’s date and time must be correct.
- Go to your device Date & Time settings
- Android user: set Date & Time to Use network-provided time and Use network-provided time zone
iOS users: choose Date & Time to be Set Automatically
NOTE: If you prefer to set the Date & Time and the time zone manually ensure these are correct
- Check time and date accuracy and try to Sign In again
