What to do if the survey points are not being displayed on the app.

Locator checks

Check the locator protocol is correct:


Check the locator COMS are ON:

  • SMLOG > COM > ON

App checks

Check this is looking for the correct serial number locator, or that your device has been paired.

  • Settings > Locator > Select a locator

App Position source verification

  • Settings > Position

This will give you options of which GNSS source you are using, which may be required to change.
