1. Once you have completed the survey, click ‘Finish’ in the bottom right hand corner of the app.

2. Then click ‘send’.

3. Select the survey and select 'OK' on the ‘Send’ pop-up.

4. Select all the attachment types required and click OK.

5. Type your email address and send the files.
