If you need any technical support while using the UTTO MyRD LPM app you can raise a support ticket directly from within the app.

To raise a support ticket select the 'Hamburger' menu top right of the Home screen.

Followed by the CONTACT SUPPORT

Enter a Subject heading and provide a Description of the technical issue that you are experiencing followed by Submit.

This action will create a support ticket within our system and an agent will reach out to you to help troubleshoot the issue.
