Hand Controllers or Locate Receiver disappeared or frozen
Ensure all devices have good battery levels. Power off the VR Headset and recalibrate the Room and Locate Receiver.
Locate Receiver stops locating during a session or freezes
Ensure the Locate Receiver is not too far (within 50ft) of the laptop and VR Headset. Walk back in range and the system will start working again.
The Locate Receiver is showing as half in the ground or floating. How do I fix this?

I am locating in “Peak” mode, but I am failing Peak on the radar charts. Why is this happening?
Ensure the Locate Receiver is in PEAK mode before starting and scenario.
I can’t pair VR Headset with the Laptop, even though they are on the same Wi-Fi network
On the Laptop, the Windows Firewall has activated and is blocking devices, turn off Windows Firewall.
The VR Headset status icon is RED
This indicates the laptop has lost connection to the Headset. Ensure the Headset is on with good batteries status. Ensure the Headset is on the same Wi-Fi network as the laptop. Reboot the headset by powering off then back on if necessary.
The Locate Receiver icon is RED
This indicates the Locate Receiver is not connected to the laptop. Ensure the locator is powered on and not too far (within 50ft) from the laptop. Power the locator off then back on if necessary. If still RED then the Bluetooth connection has likely dropped, call UTTO support.
Reboot the laptop and relaunch the Locate Simulator application.

Using Windows settings, connect the laptop to either a local Wi-Fi network or the Router supplied (ensure the VR Headset is connected to the same Wi-Fi network).
