Request a Booking

Complete the attached service booking form and email it to UKservice@spx.com.

Receive Your Reference

Our team will issue a unique booking reference and return the form to you.

Label and Ship

Print the form to include inside the box and clearly display the booking reference on the outside of the parcel.
