Taking measurements with your paired locator is straight forward.
When you are ready to add a point onto your map:
- Press the locator's survey measurement key
A marker will appear on the map screen and it will be connected to the previous marker in the map, if any, by a line. If you have selected feedback, the device will also play a confirmation sound or vibrate.
NOTE: Ensure that your locator’s Bluetooth connectivity is enabled, that it is correctly paired with your device, and that PPP protocol is selected. Refer to the relevant operation manual or visit the knowledge base section at support.radiodetection.com
Markers and the polyline connecting them will be colored in standard uniform color coding, American Public Works Association compliant:
