| MyRD NTRIP drop out after previously connected | Toggle Mount Point and re-connect appears to resolve this connection issue. |
| Field maps RTK status differs from locator | Issue FM side, not common. If it does occur however reopen MyRD and NTRIP connection should re-establish, FM status should then sync. |
| Locator number is not displayed after app relaunch | Select reconnect button, if this doesn't work reselect locator via pair screen. |
| Locator RTK module will not pair with the iOS version of the app if it was recently paired to another mapping app. | Verify all other mapping apps are closed on phone before starting. Check Locator has correct phone type selected in locator menu. |
