Bluetooth Disabled

Resolution

  1. Enable Bluetooth.

    Make sure the Bluetooth is enabled in the phone.

 

Powered Off / Not Reachable

Resolution

  1. Power on locating device, move closer → Tap on Reconnect

Locating device has proper setup as mentioned in the article, Locator Setup, make sure the locating device is switched on.
