To ensure a reliable connection between RD Manager Online and your locator use a 1m, or shorter, USB 2.0 High Speed compliant cable from a reputable manufacturer.

Such cables are generally marked or specified as 28AWG/1P + 24AWG/2C or 28AWG/1PR + 24AWG/2C.

If you have a problem in getting your PC to recognise your locator or if you get battery warning messages:

• Disconnect all other USB powered devices attached to your PC
• Try another USB port on your PC
• Try a different USB lead
