Web widget

If you are signed in to the Radiodetection Online Portal need any technical assistance or help with any aspect of the Online Portal, C.A.T Manager Online or any other Radiodetection product you can use the Help web widget to search for an answer to a question that you may have.

You can receive immediate help from a single interface, in whatever form you like best. including:

  • Search help center articles for immediate self-service.
  • Submit a support request using a contact form.

Self service

When the Web Widget opens, it includes both self-service and the contact button.

When you search, up to nine results appear, if matches are found. You can can click an article in the list and it opens in Web Widget.

Click on the icon to go to the original article on the Radiodetection support page as in the example below:

Contact form

You can submit a ticket from Web Widget to receive an email reply to your inquiry. The contact form is enabled in Web Widget by default.

By default, the contact form includes fields for your name, email address, and a description of the problem.

When a tickets submitted through Web Widget a notification email will be emailed to you from support@radiodetection.zendesk.com

Managing your tickets

If you wish to modify your message or just check the status of your enquiries visit support.radiodetection.com and sign into your support account.

If you have never signed in into your support account select Get a Password to receive a validation email with a link to create a password

Enter your email address and click on Submit

A pop up dialog box will inform you that an password creation email has been sent to your mail inbox.

Check your inbox for the password creation email from support.radiodetection.com and click on the Create a password link this will open your default web browser to the password creation web page.

 


Upon successful password creation you will be signed in to your account where you can access your support ticket.

Click on the highlighted subject heading of your ticket to view, edit and reply to your ticket. 

 

 

 

Updating ticket via email

Support tickets can also be updated directly from any email correspondence you receive from radiodetection.support.com that is associated with your ticket.
